No. All products sold by Upgrade Bio Labs Peptides are for research use only and are not intended for human consumption.
Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
We typically ship the same day (except holidays or weekends) on orders placed before 12 PM EST. Domestic US orders arrive in 2-5 business days via standard shipping, or 1-2 days expedited. Except Holidays or weekends. We ship lyophilized peptides at ambient temperature in protective packaging. Free shipping on orders over $250.
Every peptide batch has a corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a US Based independent testing labs. All chemical analysis is performed using HPLC/UPLC coupled with Mass Spectrometry. See our COA section of our website for more details about our testing protocols and COA’s.
Due to nature of the product and temperature-sensitive storage requirements, we don’t accept returns on shipped peptides. If the product was received damaged, we will resend a replacement. Exceptions are made in the rare events, including but not limited to fulfillment errors (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Contact us immediately if tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we’ll reship at no cost. We stand behind our shipping guarantee. Your research timeline matters, and we work quickly to resolve any delivery issues.
